ADIT Internal Quality Assurance Cell


To have consistent momentum of quality education as long term sustainable policy of A D Patel Institute of Technology, it is proposed to have Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) which looks after continuous institutional improvement. The very purpose is to ensure that all stake holders in higher education remain fully engaged in the endeavor and together move forward the quality education of the youth. Maintaining this momentum of quality consciousness is of crucial importance among all the stake holders and will remain forever. To achieve the same, one has to learn from failure of self and others and plan synergistic multiple methodologies in such a way that quality sustain and enhance at the same time it should be intended to overcome the barriers and setbacks that come in the way of Quality Assurance and Quality Sustenance. IQAC will be utilized to generate good practices, ideas, planning, implementing and measuring the outcome of academic and administrative performance of the institution. IQAC is also to develop realistic and attainable quality benchmarks and their procedures for each of the academic and administrative activities of the Institution. IQAC must be aware of the ground realities of the institutional environment and social cultures. The role of the coordinator of the IQAC is fundamental & critical in ensuring the effective functioning of all the members.

Objective of IQAC
The primary aim of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.

Scope and Strategies of IQAC
All the academic and administrative process, including seminars, research projects, consultancy, sports, cultural activities, etc. carried out at the institute for holistic development of students and staff. IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and Procedures for
• Developing the procedures for ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance evaluation of the academic, administrative and financial tasks
• The relevance and quality of academic and research programs
• Optimization and utilization of the available resources for hands-on practice
• The credibility of evaluation procedures
• Research sharing and networking with other institutions in India and abroad
